Casuarina Sea Breeze is designed as a duplex with solid double pass-through doors to accommodate larger groups or individually for small groups. The East Breeze and West Breeze both have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with fully furnished kitchens/dining areas and beach side sunrooms for your beach viewing pleasure. The kitchen and dining area in the East Breeze is equipped for larger groups for food preparation and dining.
Only a short drive away, Marsh Harbour has several very nice grocery stores, several well stock Toddy Shoppes, an International Airport, car rentals-gas stations and local ferry service to the small unique island cays located around the mainland of Abaco. Restaurants are rebuilding following the hurricane and we will be happy to provide info on what is open in Marsh Harbour for dining and take-away.

Our Updated Cleaning Policy…
In an effort to kill germs, viruses and molds, we have added steam cleaning to our regular cleaning process. When steam penetrates surface pores, it removes dirt, debris, bacteria and other tiny elements with hot vapor molecules. This process is able to kill even the strongest of viruses and pathogens. . Typically, steam will disinfect and kill 99% of bacteria and viruses. Our steam cleaner cleans at 260-293 degrees Fahrenheit with no chemicals. This method of cleaning adds a layer of confidence and trust in safely cleaning and sanitizing our home. We are happy to add our updated cleaning practices to our home.

We provide many of the essentials so you can travel light!
- 16′ Carolina Skiff provided for your exploration in the Cherokee Sound-Casuarina Point area.
- Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans are provided throughout both Breezes for your comfort.
- Alarm Clocks, Iron, Ironing Boards and Hair Dryers are provided in both Breezes.
- The new, fully furnished kitchens provide kitchen cookware, a blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processor, electric griddle, slow cooker, toaster and a host of high quality kitchen appliances necessary to prepare your gourmet meals. Each Breeze is furnished with a full selection of dishes, glassware, silverware and cutlery.
- Appliances in each Breeze include refrigerator/freezer unit, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. A small chest freezer is also included for extra ice purchases. A washer and dryer are provided in both Breezes.
- A variety of books are available. A great selection of board games and card games are also available in both Breezes. Cookbooks are also provided for your meal preparation.
- High speed wireless internet is located throughout the house and Flat Screen TV’s in the living areas with access to many cable stations and music options. Cable TV in the Bahamas has a variety of great island music!
- DVD players are available with a variety of movies for your family enjoyment pleasure.
- Wireless Sound Bars are available for use with your personal devices and for your personal music enjoyment.
- The covered deck on the beach is furnished with deck chairs and casual cocktail tables and chaise lounges. A spray shower/foot bath is provided for washing off sand and salt water after enjoying your day in the water and before going into the house for easy cleanup.
- Large gas grills are available for preparing your catch of the day!
- Each Breeze can comfortably seat 8 people for dining.
- Each Breeze has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The West Breeze has 1 Queen and 1 King bed. The East Breeze has 1 Queen and 1 King bed. A Coleman twin air mattress is available for extra sleeping space.
- Quality linens and towels are provided.
- Wicker furniture compliments the beach setting in both sunrooms.
- Local guide information will be provided in each Breeze for your reference.
- Parking for your rental vehicle is provided street side. Our beach home yard is fenced for your privacy.
- Telephone Calls: Our Beach Home is equipped with an internet telephone which is complimentary to the US and Canada. We also provide a local line for making reservations and other local calls.
- Cell Phones: If you choose to use your US based cell phone, you should check with your provider for the cost and/or set up an international roaming package prior to your arrival. If you plan to use your cell phone as a camera and or with Wi-Fi, you should set your phone to airplane mode when you leave the US.
- Double & Single Kayaks & Paddleboards are available for each Breeze.

CHECK-IN: Check in time to Casuarina Sea Breeze is 4:00 PM. You may not physically arrive at your Breeze/Duplex or the Beach House until 4:00 PM. or later.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 10:00 AM. We must give the housekeepers time to clean and prepare the Breezes or Beach Home between rentals.
