Absolutely fantastic and best place! We travel alot and have rented many places, but none has been so clean, so well organized, beautifully decorated and taken care of like this. This place is amazing!!!! What an amazing home, location, and hosts!!! The pictures don't even do this justice, it is just so beautiful. The home was very clean and comfortable. On a busy day, we may have seen 6 people on the whole beach. This is a great place to go and just disconnect and forget about any of your stress. It doesn't get much better than this. Escaped from winter in SD and arrived in paradise. Beautiful ocean, awesome fishing, best sea glass, a restful moment away from the grind. This is our escape from the day-to-day stresses and was our 2nd trip to Casuarina Sea Breeze. Unfortunately it went by too quickly - an excuse to come back another day. Such an amazing place to be! This is the first time I have ever seen the ocean and I'm glad to say it was the best vacation. Our stay at Casuarina Sea Breeze was spectacular! We saw so many sting rays and turtles on one fishing trip! Bob and Janice are the most gracious hosts and have thought of nearly everything. We were very comfortable, had some amazing home cooked meals and enjoyed all of the toys provided! The house was so clean! Our family has waited a long time for this kind of vacation and it was just what we needed and hoped for! Plus, at home it was -23 degrees while we enjoyed the 80 degree sun here! Our Pre-Christmas getaway! While the weather at home is -40 F, we enjoyed a calm, sunny day cruising on the boat, catching fish for dinner, and building sand castles. The location, beautifully decorated and comfortable house and the boat. We had a wonderful time & explored the islands nearby. Our highlight was swimming with dolphins right in front of the boat mooring! Incredible experience! We enjoyed lunch at Snappa's & dinner at Pete's Pub. The drive down to Sandy Point for lunch at Nancy's was worth the time. Do stop at the Sawmill Sink Blue Holeon the way for a swim in the clear, fresh water. We took our kids that are 13 and 18 on a beautiful vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed! It was so clean, and was perfect for our family. The location of the house, and all of the toys were amazing. The owners of the home were fantastic, and we cannot say enough about what a great vacation this was for us. We will be back as soon as possible, and we can’t wait to see Janice. We highly recommend the private chef, Debbie, to come over and cook. Best Ever! This is probably the best beach vacation rental experience we have ever had! Hosts have thought of everything! The accommodations and hospitality were excellent! We wanted for nothing. Best provisioning of a vacation we have experienced. Tt is obvious how conscientious they are and how proud they are of their amazing beachfront property! Extremely helpful and thorough with recommendations about all of the resources on the island. Perfect beach house in a quiet neighborhood..... We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. The Casuarina point neighborhood is lovely, quiet and off the beaten path. Janice and Bob seem to have thought of everything that renters might need and their rental skiffs are top notch. Amazing snorkeling and marine life just a short boat ride away from the beach. Not far from the sawmill sink blue hole and crossing rocks beach. Didn't have time to really take it all in during a short 1 week stay but looking forward to exploring more of Abaco next time! Villa on the beach. This Casuarina beach villa is a wonderful place to come alone or with family and friends. We rented the West Breeze. Because it is located right on the beach we had an awesome view. Janice and Bob are very attentive hosts and the villa is extremely well equipped with a personal decorators touch. This is a very safe area. It is residential so you will have great privacy without hordes of tourists. Lots of extras also included. It is located only 20 minutes from airport, large grocery store and excellent wine/ liquor store. Barefoot car rental was great. Easy to get to outer Island ferries.. Highly recommended. We give Casuarina Sea Breeze 5 stars. It’s located right on the beach. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The men went fishing every day and caught fish every day. Of course we cooked them, in the well appointed kitchen. Our hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a vase of flowers. Janice & Bob are a wealth of information about the island. Casuarina Sea Breeze was the perfect location for our holiday get away. The house is right on the white sandy beach, with a boat to run around the bay and fish or snorkel. There are sand bars and coves to explore with hardly anyone else on the beach. Janice went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and for our travel requirements. They have the house equipped with everything you need from puzzles and games to paddle boards. We took a fishing charter on Christmas and had fresh fish for a couple nights, and went to local restaurants the nights we didn’t make ourselves dinner in the well equipped kitchen. I had seen the beauty of Casuarina on a prior trip and always wanted to make a stay there on a return. Had the great opportunity to book with Janice and Bob in their Sea Breeze cottage and could not of asked for better accommodations. Their west breeze unit was perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed from cooking items to bedding to beach toys were readily available. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the skiff cranked perfectly on the first pull! Starting with check in, Janice communicated every detail we would need upon our arrival and during our stay. Both she and Bob were available to help us any way during our stay. We are especially thankful for their guided boat tour of Cherokee settlement and the surrounding sound! Casuarina point beach has beautiful sand and calm waters. Perfect for when I bring the family back. The southerly view provided all day sun in January. Sunrises and sunsets from the back porch! Stock up on food in Marsh Harbor make the trip south. Bob and Janice, How do we even begin to thank you enough for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Everything was so perfect. You provided us with so much great advice on what to do on your amazing island. The layout of your home was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and it was super clean with every gadget you would ever need. The towels, sheets etc. were top quality. Every piece of information you need is listed in a book provided in the home. Bob and Janice were within seconds away to help with any questions or needs that we had. The beach exceeded our expectations with so much to see and do. Stingrays, sharks, turtles, bonefish steps from the door. Early morning walks on the white sandy beaches took your breath away and was an unforgettable way to start your day. The beach is uncrowded which makes it super nice. From the perfect house that bar none is better outfitted than any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, to Bob’s over-the-top generosity teaching my son to operate the outboard boat (life experience!). We had a great lunch at Pete’s Pub, a wonderful day of island hopping with Captain Mark out of Treasure Cay, and enjoyed every second boating, and snorkeling right out-front finding giant starfish and sand dollars. Another wonderful week at Casuarina Sea Breeze. The perfect place for everyone’s taste. The beach could well be a private one, the beach traffic is next to none. The accommodations are a combination of Bahamas Beach Chic and Country Comfort. There is nothing lacking in the well stocked kitchen, from a gourmet meal to a bbq, everything is there. Each time we go to Abaco we find something we have not done before. The boat is a few feet from the deck for a snorkel dive, fishing, or a sunset cruise. Beach combing at low tide is divine. As a beach bum and an adventure junkie there is something for both of us. The only bad thing is, you have to leave, and the best is you have to come back.

Our trip to Casaurina Point was nothing less than a perfect week in paradise! It would be difficult not to enjoy such a low-key, quiet place on an amicable island like Abaco!! We were well cared for by locals and had little left to want from the house. We’re already planning to return if we can manage next year. Since I got home to Wyoming, I have dreamed of little else! I came home refreshed & inspired to paint the beautiful blue waters and purple sunsets we saw every day. How lucky we were to stay at Janice & Bob's slice of island heaven!

Our trip to Abaco and Casuarina Sea Breeze was a welcome destination to get away from our cold northern winter! We brought our mother along and even at 85 she had a wonderful time seeing Abaco, visiting the out islands by ferry and taking in all of the great Bahamian cuisine. The beach walks and being able to enjoy the wonderful sunrises and sunsets were especially a treat. The Breezes are equipped with everything you would find in your home for preparing everything to include your catch of the day. The guest accommodations of being able to settle in for the week and have everything available were way beyond our expectations. Many games were available for family enjoyment with a variety of books for relaxed beach reading. While on Abaco, you should go over to Pete’s Pub. The food was great and and harbor setting was very calming.

We enjoyed ringing in the New Year at Casaurina Sea Breeze - how could you not, with such a comfortable temperature, beautiful and clean beaches and striking aqua water. We stayed in the West Breeze, which is absolutely lovely, perfectly furnished and very comfortable. The paddle board and sea kayak provide hours of entertainment just outside your beach-side sliding door. The deck overlooking the calm water is the perfect spot for appetizers and drinks at the end of the day. We enjoyed one afternoon riding the ferry to one of the out islands, finding plenty of delicious food and fun shopping. We also had a great time driving around Abaco investigating the area and enjoying local cuisine and gift shopping. Don’t miss Pete’s Pub, which isn’t a far drive from Casaurina Sea Breeze. The West Breeze is perfect for a couples get-a-way, a family vacation or for larger group if you wish to book both units. Like they say “it’s always better in the Bahamas”!
